When you declare the power and work of the Lord, expect the Lord to begin His process.
In putting some things before the Lord and affirming its submission to Him, I was met with the commencement of God’s process the very next day. Things began to move, and quickly they did.
I was reminded of my prayers the night before – how I had used the power of the Holy Spirit to specifically address some very special needs. It blew my mind at how quickly the Lord began to line things up.
Sometimes, we don’t have to be surprised when God moves in our lives. We should sit in anticipation of His will to be done and carried out in His Name.
The shake up may not look like the beginning of a new process. But realize that the Lord is working everything out for your best – just look for His outcome. Realize that when you are faithful and serious about asking the Lord to move for you, expect that He will.
A song for pilgrims ascending to Jerusalem.
1 I took my troubles to the Lord;
I cried out to him, and he answered my prayer. – Psalm 120:1 (New Living Translation)
