Sometimes the right amount of light can change your perspective.
Light came into my window today, and I am going to take it as a sign of God’s light – a special light – that shone through my tiny, little kitchen window today, all just for me.
Of course God’s light is for everyone, to experience; when He shines a special little light just for you, it means He’s talking to you. He’s reaching out, sharing something special with you. Perhaps it’s a word of encouragent; perhaps one of discipline; maybe even one of delight. However God shines His light on you, know that it is always for your benefit. Begin to move with and in God’s perspective: Delight [yourself] in the Lord, and He will grant you the desires of [your heart] (Psalm 37:4-5, reference). Know that God is listening, ever seeing. He knows your heart and your issues and He is our all-deliverer. That’s what God did for me today!
Spend time exalting the Lord today. What does that mean? Thank Him for all things – the good, the uncomfortable, the peace, and – what you do have in your hands!
God is good, and He will never let you down. Understand that His light is to to shine and reveal insight into His perspective and to motivate you to always move forward – without delay – and to always put your trust into Him and His delight.
In your reflection, ask God to motivate and help you see things in His perspective. You will never go wrong in His leading you this way.
