Doing things in God’s way will give you peace.
Because doing it any other way would only be contention.
We ask God to “do things” on our behalf, and when He begins to move, we’d rather Him not do it “that way.”
We have a hard time realizing how rebellious we are, wanting change but never becoming changed…
When we cry out to the Lord, expect Him to respond.
I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
Meaning, He hears you and is getting ready to do something – you just must be willing to respond and yield yourself to Him.
