There’s something about a rainy day that makes you just want to snuggle up and do no work at all. But, while the world has slowed down all around you, it creates the the perfect opportunity to get much farther ahead.
So today, I cozied up to my hutch and quietly powered through some much-needed “get-it-done” time. And when it was all finished, I was miles ahead and I was pleased with the work that I had finished.
It’s the quiet places that can sometimes propel us into finishing something of beauty and useful.
