I am looking forward to the publishing of today’s Mother’s Day project. It was meaningful to be asked by my husband to help share something so dear to him – a tribute to his mother for Mother’s Day and her birthday. I am truly glad to be involved.
I realize how much his mother meant to him, and how special she – and his brother, Brian – was to him and his family.
There are good gifts in all of us. But she – she was a very special gift to us all. She was funny, witty, loving, kind, and had a personality that would make an impact for years to come.
I am thankful to have been called her daughter.
I’m glad for my husband, because of his innovation in presenting her love to the world and especially to those to all around us. Her good character spoke for itself. She is now praising the Lord, walking with the King; but each day, we give thanks to God for who she is – what she means and who she has been – an inspiration to us all.
May you, Seneca, be blessed on this beautiful Mother’s Day, as you honor the legacy and day of birth of your beautiful mother, Lois.
Thank the Lord for you. And thank the Lord for her beauty.
