What new spaces have we allowed God to create in our lives?
Today was such a great day – a new day – because God created an opportunity for us to reclaim overused garage space and to get some things hauled away.
We often store up things in the spaces that we have (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and more), waiting to one day put them to good use – or, perhaps just forever hold on to them.
But what if we could rid ourselves of what is unusable? What if those things that oddly take up space could be dealt with, once and for all?
Well, we can find resolve, granted and given through our Lord God.
18 Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland. – Isaiah 43:18-19
This is God’s promise to us – that your former spaces will no longer be deserts of wasteland but a river flowing with good things from our Lord!
Trust that God will create a newness – a sense of steadiness in your life that will not be forgotten.
Seeing our new garage space brought about a sense of clarity and new, incredible joy.
God does this in more than just one area of our lives – He does it in all areas.
So let the Lord be your salvation and your song. And let His residence bring about a rejuvenating, lasting, and memorable change within your life.
Will you invite God into your spaces? Will you let Him do something new within you?
