When God clears the clutter of ‘things old’, He does so in a manner that sets a perfect tone – a standard of excellence. In this place, a freshness and new-found freedom exists in the abundant measure of His guided plan.
Today, I look at the things set before me with even newer eyes – an answer to a long-time prayer quietly spoken within my heart.
I look ahead with no fear, excitedly awaiting the paths I’ll take along God’s perfectly crafted plan.
Pray this prayer with me:
Lord, I look to you, the author and finisher of my faith. I seek you in all that I do; for mine eyes have not yet seen, nor mine ears heard, all those things which you have stored up for me because, Lord, I love you. I delight myself in you, Lord, and I look to experience all your goodness as I walk in your way, your path and your plans for my life.
