I didn’t do much today.
But what I did do was of grand importance.
Our plans can sometimes get derailed by what God sets in front of us. Today, God made rest a priority so that my body can obtain some rest from it’s weariness.
No longer could I focus on the list I’d set for myself, but now focusing on myself was the priority.
Outside of the rest zone, God allowed me to continue minor preparations within our home, ensuring that we have all that we need when ready to use it.
Waiting and resting on God is a beautiful thing; we just have to be willing to receive rest and all that God offers – inside AND outside of that place.
